What is your shipping policy for oversized items?
Due to their size, panels are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive undamaged. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I request a sample before placing a full order?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, full-box quantities within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut panels and shipping fees are non-refundable.
